Dick Millard has been a designer/painter for more than 50 years. In addition to new work, he is primarily known for his replication painting on restoration projects such as John LaFarge's "Dawn Comes on the Edge of Night" and quill work on the miniature medallions for Holy Apostle, NY created by Sharpe & Steele and the Bolton Brothers.
